 "STAGGERED ENDING" Lots will begin closing at the designated time at a set rate. Please watch the countdown timer on each lot. Please refer to the “Auction Closing and Technical Difficulties” section.

“A MAX BID” may be placed on any item and the computer will bid on your behalf, thus eliminating the need to “babysit” your bids. This option is highly recommended, so you do not miss out on the item you are bidding on for any reason. This option is available by entering bid amount into the “Place Bid!” Box

“THE SOFT CLOSE” feature which means any bid received in the final minutes of the auction will auto extend bidding on that item or lot by 3 minutes thus allowing a backup bidder the opportunity to raise their bid. In the event you do not use the MAX BID feature and you are out bid you will be notified via e-mail or text that you have been outbid and will have the opportunity to raise your bid.

This feature may change the closing time for a certain lot but will not change the closing time for any other lot. In such an instance, an earlier lot number may close after a later lot number. This is another reason to use the MAX BID feature.

THIS AUCTION INCLUDES FIREARMS and/or AMMUNITION! Bidders must be at least 18 years old to view, register or participate in this auction!

FIREARM PURCHASES/TRANSFERS: All firearms transfers will be handled by our partner FFL, C&C Indoor Range in Boiling Springs, SC. All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and an FBI background check will be performed before possession of a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and the buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms).

SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: A firearm packaging and handling fee of $30 will be added to the buyers shipping invoice for each firearm being shipped. All firearms not being picked up locally, must be shipped to an FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing. FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service.  The receiving FFL will perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any and all required background checks. The buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. You will need to contact your FFL dealer and have them send a copy of their FFL to [email protected] and include your name in order to complete the shipping of your firearm(s). Please note that actual shipping costs are based on weight, size of box, insurance and destination. We will begin shipping items that are not being picked up by local bidders within 10 business days after the conclusion of the auction. Total shipping cost will be actual shipping cost plus insurance by our preferred carrier (UPS unless specified by purchaser prior to packaging).
